Both the oceanfront primary suite and the mountain view guest suite are furnished with a hand carved, solid mahogany, island–style bedroom sets, flat screen TVs, Artemis fans, and room darkening Averte pleated draperies.

The bedroom suites have been upgraded with specially designed, built-in Alder cabinets with efficient, flexible storage options. Each ensuite bathroom features separate vanities, all new fixtures and lighting, including comfort-height toilets, towel storage and large, walk-in showers.

Additional design features in the primary suite include a built-in work area with undercabinet lighting, a locking owners’ closet, a full-size laundry hidden behind bifold doors, and sliders to access the lanai. The guest suite has its own AC system. The hallway closet provides additional storage for beach items and includes a safe.

A new stainless steel dishwasher, counter-depth refrigerator, Haiku Silestone quartz countertops, task and recessed lighting complete the bright, contemporary kitchen.

The Mahana

The Mahana at Kaanapali is just off the beaten path at the North end of Kaanapali.

Ample free parking is available for owners and each condo is allocated a large storage locker.  Wifi and cable tv are included, as is 24 hour security and regularly scheduled pest control and window washing services.

Amenities at the Mahana include central air conditioning, an oceanfront, uncrowded grassy lawn adjacent to the beach with lounges, a swimming pool and hot tub with beach towels, multiple BBQ’s, tennis/pickleball courts, two beach access points with rinse-off showers.

A private gate leads to the Kaanapali Beach boardwalk that extends from Duke’s restaurant to Black Rock and connects to the lengthy beach path. The path extends to Whalers’ Village, the hotels, parks and a trail to Lahaina. The Mahana is close to shops, adjacent to a quiet park, convenient to a popular food truck park, free shuttle service to Lahaina, and many restaurants.

Over the past two years, the Lanai (South) wing and the Molokai (North) wing of the Mahana have undergone extensive exterior maintenance, spalling work and painting, with the roof scheduled for replacement in the next year. The new owners will benefit from these renovations with no downtime or lack of use.

Under the current county code, short-term rentals are allowed at the Mahana. The current owners have the property in a private rental program.
